Margarita Vargas, a cocktail server for fifteen years at New York‘s Tavern on the Green, right, works at the restaurant‘s bar Tuesday Dec. 29, 2009. The restaurant is scheduled to serve its last meal on Dec. 31. A Tiffany stained glass mural is seen behind Vargas.
